Chocolate Mirror Glaze
Ready to use straight from the bottle - simply shake and pour. Adds a shiny, mirrored finish to your celebration cake but our Dollar Sweets Mirror Glaze can be applied to just about anything: from ice-cream to cupcakes, to plated desserts for that stand-out finish. Stays shiny even in the fridge! One bottle covers at least two 8 inch cakes.

Shake bottle before use. Open cap and remove foil seal. Replace cap and apply Mirror Glaze to a refrigerated cake. For the product to perform best, mask the cake in a layer of buttercream prior to refrigerating. Place your chilled cake on a wire rack over a tray to catch the excess glaze. For an 8 inch cake, pour approximately 200ml of the glaze straight from the bottle, starting in the centre of the cake. In a circular motion, work towards the outer edges. Using a palette knife, spread the glaze evenly over the cake allowing the excess to run over the edge and cover the sides.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 1 month.
