This pack will cover a 20-23cm round cake.
Place cake on a cake board and lightly cover with a thin layer of frosting or buttercream icing.
Remove all packaging and knead the fondant until soft and pliable
Dust your work surface lightly with icing sugar to prevent sticking
Roll out the fondant to the desired thickness and drape carefully over the cake, using a rolling pin for support
Smooth over the top and sides of the cake using a smoothing tool, trimming any excess fondant with a sharp knife. For best result, do this while the icing is still soft.
