Edible Gold Leaf
Add a sparkly, glamorous finish to cakes and desserts.
HOW TO USE:
Gold leaf will easily stick to your hands so best to avoid direct contact, or use tweezers while applying. If applying to fondant or set icing or chocolate, apply a very small amount of water to the area you want to cover. Remove the outer packaging, carefully fold back the supporting paper, being careful not to touch the leaf and gently press the leaf against the wetted area. A clean, dry brush can assist in applying the lear or, when used lightly, smoothing the surface after application.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place. After opening, store any unused product in an airtight container under the same conditions.
