Biscoff Hommus


Serves 4


INGREDIENTS

400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed

200g Lotus Biscoff Smooth Spread

Splash almond milk

Dollar Sweets Golden Sprinkles, to decorate

Lotus Biscoff biscuits, to decorate and serve

 

METHOD

In a high speed blender combine chickpeas and Biscoff spread.  Add a small splash of almond milk and blend on high until very smooth (you can add a tiny bit more almond milk, bit by bit, if your blender struggles).

 

Spoon into a serving bowl.  Crush over a Lotus Biscoff biscuit and sprinkle with Dollar Sweets Golden Sprinkles, to decorate.  Serve with extra biscuits.
