200g vanilla marshmallows
125g Rice Bubbles
Dollar Sweets Easter Egg Sprinkles, to decorate
Chocolate Easter Rabbits, to decorate
Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and combined with the butter.
Pour the marshmallow mixture over the Rice Bubbles and stir well to completely coat.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin, use a spatula to press the mixture into the corners and smooth the surface. Sprinkle over the Dollar Sweets Easter Egg Sprinkles and press in the chocolate rabbits to decorate. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Remove slice from the pan, cut in half then cut each half into 4 equal rectangular bars to serve.
