Chewbacca Chocolate Crackles

4 cups Rice Bubbles
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup dessicated coconut
3 tbsp cocoa powder
250g copha, melted
Dollar Sweets Choclettes
Dollar Sweets Edible Glue
Dollar Sweets Choc Minis (brown ones)
Dollar Sweets Extra Strong Peppermints
Dollar Sweets Edible Candy Eyeballs
Combine Rice Bubbles, sugar, coconut, cocoa powder and copha in a large bowl. Mix well then divide into 9 equal potions (about ¾ cup each).
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Shape each portion into an egg shape (with flat base), place onto tray and sprinkle each with about ½ tsp Dollar Sweets Choclettes.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
Meanwhile, roll out fondant and use a small, sharp knife to cut out 9 mouths. Carefully cut peppermints into small triangles (cut in half then cut into smaller wedges) to make the teeth.
To assemble, use Dollar Sweets Edible Glue to attach the face features. Place a fondant mouth on each Chewbacca. Place two peppermint teeth on each mouth to make fangs. Use brown Dollar Sweets Choc Minis to form a nose and Creative Kitchen Candy Eyeballs for eyes.
