Break off the amount of fondant required and knead until soft and pliable. Roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to prevent sticking. Cut out decorations or mould into shapes as required.
Store in cool, dry conditions. Do not refridgerate. Wrap any remining icing in foil or cling wrap to prevent drying.
