Cheesecake Stuffed Oreos

Makes 14



INGREDIENTS

14 Oreos (1 roll)

250g Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

50g icing sugar, sifted

1 cup whipped cream

100g Dollar Sweets 100s & 1000s


METHOD

Carefully twist the Oreo cookies apart, keeping the filling attached to one side where possible.


Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Fold through the whipped cream until combined.


Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large round nozzle.


Pipe a generous layer of cheesecake filling onto the cream side of each Oreo. Sandwich with the matching cookie top and gently press together.


Roll the exposed cheesecake edge in the 100s & 1000s until coated.


Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
